I have purchased samsung evo 16 gb memory card at 7 of january. From amazon Order # 404-6557834-7987534
Now it is not working.
I had first contacted to samsung service center jodhpur they said we can’t help you with this. ( 0291-2645302 Nehal techno near himmat jai motors jodhpur ).
Seller will replace it.
Then i just called to amazon customer care but they said that your card is in mfg.warranty contact to samsung for help.
When i again contacted samsung they said the seller will replace your product. we can’t help you thy said to take written statement of this from samsung service center.
I again called to samsung but they just repeated the same.( 0291-2645302 )
I again contaced to amazon customer care then they said that write us a email with full detail of samsung service center phone number.
When i emailed all detail they replied again that they can’t help only samsung will replace your product.
Now what can i do.
Please help me .
