I have ordered a pamper pants diaper large size 52 piece through amazon. in on 27 dec. my order id was 224104782925. the expected delivery date was 1st jan. on 30dec at morning I received a sms where written that today my item will delivered and at evening I received another sms where written that my item is succesfully delivered. but I don’t received my item. I have already informed and complain about d matter to amazon, but till now no such action is taken from there end. they told me that again I have to order the item
