I am totally frustrated with cheating service. I had ordered One combo Pack of six watches but amazon delivered me 2 Combo Pack of 3 Watches, it was not my placed order.

Each Pack of 3 watches cost was 599 Rs. and you charged me 1198 Rs for each pack.

At the time of delivery I called to Amazon call center and spoke with Rahees M. He told me to keep both delivery and pay the total amount (1198+1198=2396) to delivery boy. We will return your half amount because of my combo pack watches quantity was 6 and cost was 1198 Rs only. So that I had paid. But Amazon is not returning the half amount.

I am old customer of amazon and didn’t got any issue, so that I had paid amount but now you disappointed me.

I have been spoke with Amazon customer care but I didn’t got any positive response.
