Amazon – parking in handicapped spots

I drove up to my apartments one day and need to park in the handicapped parking spot. This day there was an Amazon truck parked in this spot. They didn’t pay attention to my horn. I had to park in the street and didn’t have my walker with me. It was extremely difficult trying to make it to the building. As I walked past the truck I could hear the driver in the back. I didn’t confront them then as I was about to fall down.
I did take some photos of this awful human being.
What makes a person park in a handicapped spot knowing that some people actually need this spot? If you have never known what pain is like then you will never understand how hard walking can be for a person. The back starts to hurt and soon the leggs are so painfully numb they can no longer carry you.
I cannot believe Amazon would approve of this kind of behavior and I am hoping they will take steps to keep their drivers from doing this.
I am asking Amazon right here and now to reach out to this driver and reprimand him for being a dysfunctional POS driver who cares nothing about the disabilities of older seniors.
