delivery not on time

I ordered a pair of led shoes from amdesi.com on the 15 Oct 2016.it says it’ll take 2-3 weeks to deliver the product but it’s been 4 weeks now and I still haven’t received my product.I even tried sending mails but no replies to them.my order id is 12052923.they don’t have tracking system how are we suppose to know where the product is.they don’t even send emails regarding the product status.they took the payment through debit card immediately but couldn’t deliver it on time.
