My order no.-1254358, I had ordered LED shoes from online store named “amdesi.com” on 24th oct’2016. And they had claimed that the product will be delivered within 2-3 weeks. But now its more than 1 month any there is no update about my product. I have written mails to them so many times but there is no response from their side neither they are refunding the amount. Instead of updating about my concerned order they replied for my another new order which I never enquired for as I never paid for that.
Kindly help me with this matter and take serious action against the company.
