Their Emergency service is a 24 hours to 48 hours wait, that’s too long for an emergency!
1.) NO AIR CONDITIONING, for a senior, with 90 degree weather, windows were stuck and wouldn’t open. Called on Saturday am for the air conditioning, and had to wait until Monday afternoon, ALMOST 3 days wait, more than 48 hours!
2.) Also noisy plumbing kept neighbors awake, called for this the first time and a new part was put in but the chain was too short and broken. He didn’t do it right the first time. The toilet was noisy the second time, same problem, the man came and fixed the broken chain.
The third time it is still bubbling even more noisy, the neighbors were knocking on the door complaining it kept them awake at night. They said ONLY the same man who came before had to come again and he was busy. They could have re-scheduled the man with his service calls but no they wouldn’t.
The service should go first to those who most needed it, emergency doesn’t mean waiting one or more days.
