On February 24, I placed an order for two tables—a coffee table and a side table—and paid the full sum of INR 36,000. The order will take 45 days, I was told. On the 45th day, I checked in with their Sales Head, Mr. Girish Solanki, who informed me that there were problems with the coffee table and that it would arrive in a week. This continued for a good number of weeks, and each time he gave me wacky justifications like the item was out for delivery or was getting stuck in the rain while being delivered. Then he lied once more, claiming that the item was never ready and is currently experiencing problems.
After 2.5 months of this, under further pressure from me, he rudely and blatantly said that I should cancel the order if I couldn’t wait (what customer service!). I ultimately decided to cancel the order. Mr. Girish, since he had already begun acting violently. During phone calls, he shouted and even said things like, “Do whatever you want, I’m canceling the order from my end.”
Finally, on May 11, 2023 (can you believe they still couldn’t deliver the product from February 24 to May 11!!! ), I submitted a cancellation request. Girish, his Instagram team, and Amsi Atelier’s official email address all confirmed to me that the money would be returned by May 27, 2023. Since then, every day their Instagram Team has confirmed that the money will be refunded today, but “today” has never materialized. I haven’t received my refund as of today! Amsi Atelier appears to be a scam business based on the responses I am receiving.
