dear sir

i have purchased {slim+sweat belt form anand india ltd.they deliver me faulty item.when i contact to company same day just 1 hour of deliver time, they tell me we r never deliver faulty item so u send us photo we r verify its our defectivety or your defectivity they cant telling me genuine reply, than i send to company photo via whatsapp again they telling me we r observe nd within 7 days we solve it. what type of policies of comapny that when purchased new item they deliver me superfast but solve customer query very long time.i request to company that i have nt comfortable without sweat belt bcoz i have back pain patient so plz chage within 24 hours but they nt agree with me. and tell me if u have urgent so u purchase another belt seriously they very wrng with me.i am in huge toruble for its item.they cheat me nd taken my money. plz help me. my contact no. 9173230302
