I have purchased a spy metal watch from Anand India Online Shopping portal. At time of order confirmation(when call received for confirmation) I clearly told to the customer care that if product is good then only dispatch the same otherwise please do not dispatch. After that they dispatched the same to me now I have received the product on 19/12/2016 and paid Rs.2389/- also I have checked the product quality it was worthless, immediately I have done the call to customer care for product quality and they refused my request and confirmed that how to use that particular watch. After that I have used but camera of that watch still not working and I am not able to record video or capture the photos. Again today (20/12/2016) I have raised my concern to customer care but they are saying that we are not able to process refund. Now I want return this and my money back. Please help me.
