I had ordered one Pen Black-Dynamo to Anand India COD. After receipt of product I found On/Off Button of the pen was non-functional and also 8 GB Memory Card was non-functional. I had registered my complaint to Anand India bearing No 747202 against my order No 3074830. As per advise of customer care Anand India, I had returned the received product through speed post to Anand India, Bunglow No 1, Thane-401105 after expending Rs 70/- as postal charges. Now I neither have product with me nor received any replacement till now after spending Rs 2090+70= Rs 2130/-. Shall I know till what time I can get my product back duly replaced ?
