I ordered a lehenga from the above company.Since I was not satisfied with it so I returned them .They assured me that I would get my refund after receiving the parcel.When the parcel was to be delivered they were not present at the address so they asked the delivery boy to deliver the parcel to their neighbour.Later they refused to take the parcel from their neighbour and told me that they did not receive any parcel.Since 18 days they have been lying to me.When I talked to the chandauli franchise of the courier company,they explained me the whole matter.I asked them to deliver the parcel and today the parcel is been delivered to Seema Srivastava(owner of the company) and still i didn’t receive my refund.I called her many time but she is not answering my calls and not reverting to my messages.Its my humble request to you that please take strict actions against such fraudsters and help me in getting my refund.The lehenga was worth Rs.3699 .Please guide me as to what should I do further.
