This is in reference with the previous complaints I have filed against this seller. Since I was not satisfied with the product so I returned them through DTDC courier services.It was delivered to them on 20 Nov 2017 but since then they are constantly denying that they have not received the courier whereas the courier company has confirmed that it is been delivered to the mentioned addresss. The tracking no. of the courier is Z45557698. They didn’t refund my amount yet. Please take necesarry actions required and help me in getting my refund .Thanking You !
