Apollo Pharmacy – Damaged Product Delivered

I had placed an order for Trigaine solution 60ml bottle on 7th January 2022, through Apollo 24/7 app. I have made online payment of Rs.362 from my SBI debit card towards the same.

My order ID is #253268051. My order was delivered on 7th January 2022. When I opened the packet on the same day I found that the outer cover of the product packaging was damaged.

I got a doubt and opened the bottle lid and I found that the bottle contained only 50% of the solution. I immediately took pictures of the cover and I transferred the solution to a transparent bottle and clicked the picture as the sution bottle is opeque and the solution inside the bottle is not visible.

I then tried to contact the customer care of Apollo 24/7 pharmacy. I tried finding their customer care number on the Apollo 24/7 app but I did not find any contact number.

Every time I have made an attempt to find customer service contact only a chat bot popped out. I have tried leaving several messages on the chat but I have only received a ticket number on my registered e-mail id.

I have tried reaching them several times for replacement or refund. I have emailed several times to Apollo 24/7 Pharmacy to resolve the issue. I have only got ticket numbers every time

I have e-mailed my complaint on the said dates on 7th January- #289531, 8th January # 297182, 9th January #300024, 10th January #307825, 23th January # 331561, 17th January #297182.

There has been no action taken till date to resolve the issue even after 2 weeks from the date of my complaint being raised. I had got a call from one person from Apollo around 14th or 15th January 2022, I have clearly explained the issue and requested for a replacement or refund.

I was assured that someone from Apollo will contact me soon and replace the product with the right product but after that no action has been taken. I want to register a consumer complaint on Apollo 24/7 pharmacy for deficiency of service and also for not resolving the issue after assurance given.

Kindly look into the matter and register my complaint on the details mentioned above. I have attached pictures as proofs of the product delivered along with this Complaint for your kind persual.

The same may be taken into consideration and a consumer complaint may be registered.
