I visited Apollo pharmacy on Friday evening and asked for weighing scale , the person said it is for 1750 and I asked how much maximum discount can you give he said max 17.5 percent ,I said okay and I went today to purchase weighing scale Antim Ahlawat emp id :9331 was there I told that I was being told 17.5 percent discount and she checked and said it is for 1487 , I did not calculate and I said okay , at the time of payment I told person that add an corporate discount and 17.5 percent , he said no it is 15 percent and that lady came Anitim and I told her that you are playing with words as I was being told 17.5 percent and she said AAP AAISE MERE SIR PE NAI CHAD SAKTE and I told MIND YOUR WORDS , She denied to give the weighing scale and I said no worries I can take it from any one else .
Is this the kind of customer service you guys give , on Friday one person says 17.5 percent and now she denies today and on top of it such kind of behavior is in tolerate , we take around 12k to 15k medicines monthly from your store and is this kind of service you give to customer . If your employees are well versed with discounts then why two different employees are telling different things and also your employees does not have right to say such words AAP MERE SIR PE NAI CHAD SAKTE . Your employee does not have any right to humiliate anyone . Shame on your poor customer service .
