I received a call from Apollo Times saying that I have won some vouchers and have free stay in hotel so I went to collect my voucher 27/12/2023 when I arrived there two of their staff Ms. kavitha (+971586078542) and Ms. Apeksha came to me and started explaining about thier travel package saying we have many countries package which includes ticket fare, pick and drop from airport and hotel stay, the package costs 25000 Aed but I refused saying I don’t have enough money so they revised the offer I still declined, but they persuaded me that today was the final day, and that we could collect the payment by credit card and convert it to EMI. I finally decided to pay after a long coversation and they came to collect the payment to my room as i had forgotten my credit card in room. I finally chose to pay, and they arrived to my room to collect the payment because I had forgotten my credit card. I paid 13000aed with my credit card, and after a few days, I called them to request a vacation, but they said they would try but were unsure since you needed to notify them in advance, and I tried contacting them again, but they have not responded. I have all of the papers for my payment and am requesting a refund as soon as possible.
