What a terrible experience I’ve had with Aramex. I’ve been calling them 3 days straight for packages they are meant to deliver to me. Each time, its an empty promise and when I ask to speak to a manager, they just put the phone down. The customer service agents shouldn’t have these jobs as they are rude and obviously incompetent. Shame that I’ve had to deal with this company. Next time… Wait, they will be no next time.
