I have ordered two key chains in 08.02.2016 on archiesonline.com site,(order number:AL20170208-1360629)for which I have paid by card… maximum time bond which they given to deliver the product is 6 days.but today it’s been 11 days..I tried to contact customer care but it’s not answerable.even submitted query through mail,again no answer.
