Arvato Bertelsmann (Vashi) – Unable to appeal PF amount due to organisations irresponsibility

It has been more than a month I’m trying to place an application to withdraw my PF money as I’m studying at present and not willing to join any job/ organisation, so that PF money to get transferred. However, in my previous organisation where I’ve worked they are not helping to withdraw my PF money and have updated incorrect details of mine whereas I had submitted all documents with POI & POA. Still they have entered wrong details and now they are not ready to help to resolve this issue. Kindly help me to resolve this issue as I require my PF money.
