Respected sir/madam,

I am a subscriber of asianet cable connection, and usually pays the yearly subscribtion fee for the whole year. Last few days they are not providing service properly, when I switch on the tv there will be no signal.on october 9 th a have called their call center and submitted an complaint and after several follow up i got the complaint solved on 15 th october, now on 20th october still I face same problem and called their perinthalmanna office but no body responded . Then I call the call center and lodged the complaint and yesterday I had again called them and I got transfered the call to a lady and she said cable connection will be reinstated by today 23rd afternoon. But till now it’s not coming. They cheated me by taking a while year subscription and not providing proper service. Atleast a proper response.
