My name is Ajith and I am the secretary of co-operative society called Kamukincode HWCS-3433.
The society take an internet connection from the provider Asianet Satellite Communications Private Limited.
Our Subscriber Code is – tv112132. They do not get the speed according to the plan they say.
In many cases, speeds below 10mbps are available. Now they launch a new 399 plan.
It has more speed than the current plan.
They required another activation charge of Rs. 2000 / – for change this plan.
Since there is no other provider in this village to change a connection and so they are exploiting us.
We humbly ask you to intervene to protect us from this exploiting.
