  1. We had planned a tour to Samarkand, Tashkent & Almaty Central Asia through internet in June, 2014, we found the contact of Mr. Vijay Kumar of Asiatec Tour & Travels.

After getting details from him by e-mail, he informed us that he is Delhi based and in the past he was Mumbai based but later on he has shifted has base to Delhi.

He asked us to deposit the amount in his Bank account and in good faith we deposited Rs. 2 lacs in May, 2014. He informed us that he will come to Mumbai and meet us and in the meanwhile he will e-mail us the air tickets. These air tickets were never e-mailed to us.

In the meanwhile, we had sent our Passports to Delhi as suggested by him for visa and he had promised to get us the visas. He never sent us the air tickets and on the contrary on phone he asked us to send the amount for visa fees. When we told him that against Rs. 2 lacs, we have not even received the air tickets, he completely changed his tone and started saying that unless we deposit the full amount of Rs. 5.40 lacs which was the total cost for 5 people of our tour, we will never even get our Passports back from the agent. Fortunately, we had deposited the Passports through our representative in Delhi and before he could play any mischief we managed to get them back through our Representative in Delhi. This guy has never given his address in Delhi or Mumbai till now and he has swindled Rs. 2 lacs. On the net you will find that he has put only mobile numbers and has not mentioned the address. His mobile number is of Mulund address in Mumbai. When the police from Malabar Hill Police station sent their man to this address, he was not traceable and left the place long back. People in the building informed, that he has duped many people.

This guy is a complete fraud and he must have cheated many people. He has not given his Delhi address till now even to Malabar Hill Police Station in Mumbai, where we have complained. Till now he has never shown his face. He seems to be notorious character. Malabar Police Station has called him several times to record his statement, but he has always evaded.

Please be aware of this cheater & fraud.
