Mr. Vijay Kumar had promised a package for Samarkand and Tashkant for 1st May 2014 , and we made our full payment of Rs.52,000/- to him.
one week before departure , he calls up and says that the dates have cancelled , and he shall refund the money in full.
ever since he has been avoiding our phone calls and today is 30th July 2014 , and we still haven’t got our refund.
This is cheating on his part.
please assist.
