I bought 2 nos of Bluetooth. Order number [protected]. They sold me one pcs defective and refused to replace it.
Earlier by another order they delivered a watch with broken glass, and also refused to replace or refund it.
Customer service, including supervisor has NO Authority of Decision making. Claims section exists just on papers, and absolutely useless. Worst product, worst service, the biggest disappointment in Dubai.
