I have ordered Olympia 10pcs Casserole set with glass cover and 12, 000 MAH Power bank under track order # 254-784-475-7. However, I have received only Olympia 6pcs casserole set instead of 10pcs set and the power bank is not working.
Further, please be noted that I have raised a complaint via Awoke mobile app very next day of my shipment for the same and still it is showing in process without any positive action from your end.
Kindly assist on urgent basis and find the attached pictures for your ready reference.
Your urgent response in this regard will be highly appreciated.
