Ordered new mobile from them, when item was delivered, it was not only new, but was tagged defected (marked lines on display with sticker on the phone back) . I tried to pope claim on their website which does not accept claims as website does not work ( although claim was same day of receiving the item) I called them and they made complain by phone promising that some 1 will call back but nothing happened!!!
I sent them email with pics and got NO reply at email.
Fraud company. Avoid by all means
