This delivery man tried to call me around 1:30 today but I missed his call since im at work, I tried to call back after 5 mins as soon as I seen his missed call but his number is busy, then after a minute he called back again, I told him im still at work will be home around 5:30-6 or he can just go back tomorrow he said no im already here in your building anyone in your home to receive it? I said no I dont know and also im just new in the flat so im not close to anyone in there, he raised his voice and kept on insisting that he will go there check if someone inside and will leave the package, I said it’s my personal order I want to receive my order and I told you I dont know anyone in there, but he’s very rude in talking saying no I will leave your package there he doesn’t even listen to me and just kept saying no and said he came from jebel ali to alrigga just to deliver my item which is not believable for me he even said about the petrol cost like is that my problem? I was very calm talking to him saying he can just go back any day that he has deliveries around my area but still said no and hung up the phone. What a rude attitude towards customers and I found out he did the same to my sister because I missed his first call what he did he called my other no. Registered in my account which is my sister’s number who lives in abu dhabi, my sister said he did the same to her raising voice and saying no in response to her. Just very rude and disrespecting attitude towards customers. I called awok right away to file a complaint. The customer support said his name is rashid. I do really hope they will take action about this matter.
