I am complaining for these items, with TRACKING #8273985475, i received my order 24, January 2018. I am so upset when i tried these two items because they are not working/with damaged.

For the earphone: The piece of it was not working, while the other piece has not good sounds.

For the selfie stick: It is not working at all!!! I already tried many time on my android and iphone mobiles but still it’s not working.

I thought you are selling products with good quality at reasonable price. Please prove that I am wrong!
And do the necessary about this issue!
