Last May 15,2016 i received my item asus T100 with the invoice 813 290 056 6. after 3 days i made a call to exchange my item because of some technical problem that i did encounter.They gave instructions on me they will pick the time with the payment of 40aed.
Now what my request on them is to exchange my item into higher price which is I will pay the the amount needed.Last june 8,2016 I made a call to their agent that they agreed on my request and it will deliver to me after 14 days..Since now Im waiting but when i call again the agent when it will deliver to me the item,he said on me that i will pay the box 80aed..So disgusting why should i need to pay 80 dirhams hence its a free delivery…What kind of box is that worth of 80 aed.Its horrible services.I want my money back but they said no refund..How come no refund for this..
