i purchased Lg V10 refurbished, i receive it Feb 3, 2018. during the time i installing the programs it suddenly shot-off then i try to reboot the phone their no success showing the logo of LG immediately i wrote a complaint to awok.com regarding that i received defective mobile. the next day they response asking me to shoulder the cost of returned to Dubai so that they can process my refund… because i want for urgent process of refund i immediately return the product. based on SMSA tracking shown they received the item Feb 5, 2018… do you believe that until now no refund i received, no contact from them… i try to write an email and call from their customer service but unfortunately no response. really they are worst online company i purchase for.
