Dear awoke,
I had raised a complaint on 29th oct.2017 exact next day after my purchase and i received auto.reply from awoke as well but still no one contacted me (Subject: Awok HelpDesk Ticket # 00072853: Disappointing with Awoke (G4 32GB LTE 4 Gold not working order #2512399467 ref:_00Df432Mg._500f4uHYm:ref).. now more than 15days no one contacted me.But im very thankful to one ccare lady yesterday i called and she raises TT – 796586879994 ..please send someone to collect my faulty mobile which didn’t work next day of purchase.
