Note that i have ordered mobile in your website Awok.com on 02.07.2017 and was delivered on 10.07.2017. At the time of deliver itself the phone was not working and i filed a complaint the next day i.e 11.07.2017 with ticket number – 749-689-184-608. Till now there is no response from your side.

Your prompt action will be highly appreciated.
