Dear Readers, This is to bring to your notice that I place an order from Saudi Arabia, worth US$ 427.73 on 10th August 2017 with Awok.com (which is based in UAE).
Upon deduction of money from my credit card, the shipment status on Awok website stated from 15 to 17 August 2017 and by 16th August 2017 the estimated delivery status / date disappeared.
I spoke with Awok phone representative, who did not provide me the exact reason for the delay, instead saying that I will receive my order ASAP.
I even gave an option to deliver the items which are ready for delivery and the balance items may come once it is in stock or ready instead of waiting for all the items to go in one shipment/parcel.
I made 6 call back requests; sent complain via email for which I received only automated acknowledgement only.
Finally, I have to say that still I have not received my order.
