Good day!

Today, November 15, I received my order from Awok and as I open the box I saw that the corner of my product is broken. Please find attached photos.

This is the first time I bought a product from Awok and I was not happy that it came like this. Kindly advise what to do with this matter. I’m requesting for a replacement or if not a refund for this item.
