I ordered 5 items, 2 of them arrived broken. Customer service support told me i need to file a complaint online. But the option “my orders” where i am supposed to leave a complaint, doesnt work properly! I just cant file a complaint online, and the last customer service representative just cut the line on me. I cant reach the customer service since then. I am left with 2broken items i cant return. Awful service.
