please take action to my complain! because i want you to replace this deffect item you send to me, i dont want to waste my money for nothing!!!

i already send emails yesterday and on may 31, 2017 and call. I do even try to send email for the ticket you sent to me and evrytime i submit this it says failed!!!

on may 31, 2017, i receive your delivery, as we try this at home… Only for 20minutes it plays and suddendly it stopped and never work totaly! your item was deffect and there is technical problem to this.
