I order some things from awok. Usually i read online reviews but didnt this time. Wish i did. The driver cancelled my order without my knowledge. I have been calling customer service since the 2nd of june. They told me my money was refunded on the 5th of june. They are cheaters and liars as i still have not received my money. The customer care is useless as are all the managers. Im still waiting on “logistics” to call me. I have actually made a complaint against them at the consumer board of uae and of i dont have my money in 24h i will go to the police about them. Worst online shopping site ive ever seen.
