Today 29.01.2018 I received my order Pressure Cooker and i immediately paid the amount of product to Driver and then when i open the box in front of AWOK driver i noticed that the pressure cooker cover is deformed. See attached photo. I told to driver to give me back my money and take back the defective pressure cooker but he refused to give my money back. I called the AWOK customer service, after long conversation with customer service guy still i cannot get my money back and the driver left me with defective product.

I want my money back Dhs. 103.00 or give me good pressure cooker and take your defective pressure cooker with me, ASAP.

Kindly prioritize and resolve my issues as i am not a rich person and that amount is from my hard work earned money.
