I had purchased a dell laptop for AED 399 which was delivered without a windows operating system. The laptop was locked with a password and I returned it within 3 days in accordance with their refund period policy. I have since been following up and there is no response from them. The refund request form was sent to them thrice yet they do not acknowledge not call back. Their staff has no inkling of what the status is. Worst online company.
