I have placed an order and out of which one of the items bought was not intended to be received.
I’ve contacted the customer support via email and after days have still got no response.
I need the money from the refund immediately yet I am getting no attention from the support.
I want the support to directly Shift the funds from the refund of the item and adjust them into another order I made so that I may lose no time in receiving the item I want for the upcoming Holiday.
The supports seems to take no notice of my query, Which is very disappointing considering me being a Regular customer.
