Dear Sir/Madam,

This is regarding the item I purchased which always having trouble since we received the items. The mobile having on & off every now and then & charging problem. If I charge it goes automatic full charge and if I remove from charger it will show battery low. Also, if I put inside my bag or pocket it will automatically shut down.
