I received a Samsung note 5, the switch on button wasn’t working properly., it only worked the minute I switched on the phone then after some minutes the button stopped working, i then called the customer service telling them about my problem and someone was sent to come get it…I have been waiting for it for almost 2weeks now, if I ddnt pay I wasn’t gonna complain at all…now i feel like my money was gone for nothing…please kindly send the note5 that is working properly or refund me…
