Order has been placed on 14 June 2017 at 01:08:49am to pay on delivery by card and still no sign of the delivery. (Order no: 674-286-957-9)
I called the customer care team at Awok and spoke to operator 8237 Alija and all I could hear fro her is ”you will get a call from an agent OK!” and she kept on repeating the same thing again and again, with no support of when would i be getting a call back from them.

At the same time I had placed another order from Awok.com on 14 June 2017 at 20:19:10pm and make a payment by Credit card however this was delivered the very next day. (Order no: 252-521-032-7)

Totally dis-satisfied with Awok.com!!!
