I purchase some items online on awok.com, I received one fan which is not working, I make complain for this to customer care . now I receive call that there will be no replacement or refund but they give me coupon of same amount that I can use for next purchase within 7 days, means if I don’t wish to purchase more items from them they are forcing me to do so with delivery charges for next purchase.
