Wanted to order an promotional item but Ordered five items with awok. out of those 5, 3 were ok but two were wrong items which was returned back the next day itself. It took them 2 months to sort out this faulty replacement issue and in the end the item was not even replaced. During these two months, they were more inetrested in taking the feedback of the agent, but they are khat worried about their operational and supplier problems which is the root cause of all the issues in the company.
