Sir/Madam, I placed an order for morphy richards food processor on 03 August 2022, i pre paid Rs-3967/- through PayUbiz app, transection id is -165097-220803:50, order number is 16507,and i received payment received confirmation from merchant, i didn’t receive my order till 10 Aug 2022, so i tried to cal the merchant , but their contact number is barred, send email to them, email id is also not in active, at last i went their given address, unfortunately address is also fake , then i approached PayU team on 10 August 2022, through mail, complaint ticket number is FE0386204716, they said complaint will solve on or before 13 August 2022, but nothing done, now i can see, my complaint status, ticket closed, so i wish to get my amount ,ie. 3967/- as refund as soon as possible
