Dear Sir / Mam….Please update delivery schedule for #BIS01137776111 ?

I have made the payment Rs. 1099.00 on 9th April through payment gateway of Razorpay but I have not received any consignment from backinsale , Now I am wiiling to refund this amount and co- operation required from them , other wise I will be going to FIR in consumer court aginst of backinsale.

I have paid for items Samsung 30000 mAh Power And Bluetooth free × 1
