I have ordered a tankini set in Baskinshop via online on 2-09-2022 worth rs. 483.99. The payment has been also done through card. On 3rd Sept, 2022 while checking the order it was written that order has been cancelled. Order id: #BS2443. I also sent them email but they are not contacting. Yesterday the order was confirmed but today the order has cancelled but i didn’t get my money back or the company BaskinShop didn’t even contact me for their deed. Now I would request to take action against this problem as well as to return back the amount. This is such cruelty and fraud. I am attaching files where is clearly seen that the amount was paid succesfully but today on 3rd sept the order itself got cancelled by Baskinshop only. However they are noy anyhow replying and informing anything. Take care of the matter so that the amount rs. 483.99 can be returned by them.
