I ordered jbl company’s earbuds on the deal of buy 1 get 1deal for the cost of rs 1599/- from the website name www.beatsstop.com and instead of receiving jbl earbuds. I have received EXTRABASS STEREO HEADPHONES. the product which i have received is damaged completely and even the packing of the product was torn off.
I have even tried calling the customer care number:8720926036 which is there on the receipt of the seller address details, and even tried to mail at care@aironwears which is also an incomplete email id and even the customer care number is a fraud.
Please it is my request to payback my amount on the following number: 9831996076
