I have two complains regarding my money with Becric app. I withdraw Rs.15000 on 16 Feb at 11:50 pm but amount is not credited in my account. Next day (on 17 Feb) i chatted multiple times with their customer agent , each and every time they have same line that your withdraw is in process and money will credit in your account asap. But in evening they frozen my Becric account . Again i chat with customer service and now they are saying you violated our rule.
They have no explanation and no proof of all this.
2nd one of my deposit on 6th of Feb of Rs. 4000 not credited in my account. Each time they have same line wait for 7-14 days .
